- Approval, and a supplement if needed. Damage found after teardown is documented and submitted for additional approval - we do not hide it or skip it.
- Repair. Structural and panel work, replacement parts, paint matched to the factory finish, reassembly, quality check.
- Collection. You pay the deductible, Progressive pays the approved balance.

No. Progressive keeps a network of repair shops, but in California the vehicle owner decides where the car is repaired. You can bring it to The Body Shop Collision Repair in Hawthorne and the claim goes ahead.
