Where we work
We are a family-owned collision repair shop at 12911 Cerise Ave in Hawthorne, and the cars we look after come from a wide arc of the South Bay and the Westside. Right around the shop
The cities immediately around us, all within about ten minutes on surface streets: Hawthorne, where the shop itself is; Inglewood, ten minutes north on Prairie; Gardena, four miles east on Rosecrans; and Lawndale, immediately south along Inglewood Ave.
The beach cities
South and west of us along the coast: El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Coastal cars bring their own pattern of work: salt air on broken paint, tight beach parking, and hillside kerb damage.

Insurance claims from anywhere in the South Bay
In California the choice of repair facility belongs to the vehicle owner. Your insurer may recommend a shop from its network, but you can bring the car here and your claim stays valid. We accept all insurance companies, take the damage photos, speak with the adjuster and file a supplement if hidden damage shows up during disassembly.

Do I have to live nearby to use the shop?
No. There is no service boundary. If you can get the car to 12911 Cerise Ave in Hawthorne, or have it towed here, we can repair it.
Is the estimate free?
Yes, wherever you are coming from. Bring the car in or send photos of the damage first.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. We accept all insurance companies, prepare the estimate, submit the photos, speak with the adjuster and file supplements when hidden damage appears.
My insurer wants me to use its own network shop. Can I choose you?

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM. After-hours towing and drop-off can be arranged by phone.
Do you repair motorcycles as well as cars?
Yes. We are a family-owned shop working on both cars and motorcycles, including collision repair, painting, dent removal and scratch repair.
